Teacher Renewal Intro Workshop

WORKSHOP HAS BEEN FILLED

These workshops are a chance to focus on yourself as a teacher and to reconnect with your innate love of learning. You will be restored, sustained and transformed in your work, even in the face of the stresses of day-to-day classroom teaching.

At the Academy for the Love of Learning, we explore the learning process itself. We focus on the spirit of learning, rather than the content of what is learned. Experiential methods are combined with reflection, contemplation and dialogue into a transformative process whose goal is the re-acquaintance with the essence of learning.

This introductory workshop will be followed by a series of workshops every second month for the rest of the school year. Registration for the introductory workshop is through the Santa Fe School District Professional Development Academy, cagutierrez@sfps.info.
