Do you have a passion to make a difference in the world?

Do the needs of the world, and your work, seem overwhelming?

Does it feel like you’ve hit a ‘ceiling’ in your work to bring about social healing and change?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then the Heart of Action workshop is for you!

The challenges of living in these times affect us deeply. We know that if we are to help the world change and grow, we ourselves must change and grow. We need new capacities in ourselves, and new responses to these challenges. This workshop takes a step in this direction by encouraging us to remember and express what lives in our hearts in relation to our work, and renewing the creativity we need for new actions and responses.

In this workshop you will:

  • Explore your original passion for your work in the world.
  • Explore the alignment between the inner and outer expression of your work.
  • Find the qualities and creativity you need for new actions and responses to your work in the world – whether to impact the values of the organization you work for, to support colleagues or community members in their growth and self-discovery, or to activate your vision in new arenas.
  • Focus on how to make the ‘ceiling’ visible, release patterns of restriction, and reconnect with the passion and creativity that moves you towards action and satisfaction.
