Inspire Santa Fe Citywide Festival

Unlocking Inspiration Through Mentorship
Come celebrate the joy of learning with young people and their volunteer adult mentors from across Santa Fe! Engage one-on-one with both protégés and mentors as they share what they have learned in the fields they care about most: computer coding, electric guitar, basketball, architecture, creative writing, culinary art, ballroom dance and much more!

Time: 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM

Based on the premise that every human being has a unique gift to share with the world, Inspire Santa Fe invites young people to identify an interest that they are deeply drawn to, and matches them with a community expert. Together, the adult mentor and the youth protégé embark on an five to eight month exploration of their shared interest—painting, auto mechanics, law, medicine, martial arts, mountaineering, and myriad others—and then create a project to demonstrate what they have learned.

Once a year, Inspire Santa Fe gathers all its mentors and protégés together for a one-of-a-kind festival. The event will be held in the Farmer’s Market Pavilion from 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday, April 28th, 2017, and will also showcase mentorships and other learning relationships from several organizations in the Birth to Career Collaboration’s Santa Fe Mentoring and Tutoring Collaborative

Bring your family and friends to this free event to meet our mentors and protégés, witness their work, and see how they are taking the lid off learning, all over Santa Fe. Light appetizers will be served.
