What if opening to our innate belonging and oneness with the natural world is fertile ground, capable of carrying us into a flourishing future? The ‘edge effect,’ from the science of ecology, refers to the richness of interaction that occurs at the boundaries of ecosystems . What if we explored ourselves as ecosystems?

In this day-long workshop we will:

Step across the “edge of forest as object” and practice direct encounters with presence and somatic awareness

Explore what it might mean to think and act as if we were a whole, balanced ecosystem and could listen and act from a deep primal relational intelligence

Learn practices that help us connect with instinctual wisdom mirrored to us in the “more than human” world
