Holotropic Breathwork™ is a simple, but profound method for expanding self-awareness. It invites exploration of unfamiliar aspects and qualities of self, the possibility for deep healing, and discovery of fresh insights and possibilities.

Notes: Total Cost for Friday and Saturday: $150. Deposit of $50 required to register.

This one-day workshop includes an orientation to the breathwork on the Friday afternoon. The evening session is an orientation to Holotropic Breathwork for those who are new to the work. On Saturday, each participant will have a breathwork session and a session as ‘sitter’ for their breathing partner. The day concludes with time for sharing and integration.

Friday, Aug 18, day of arrival:
Arrival: 3:45 pm
Orientation: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Saturday, Aug 19:
9:00am-8:30pm

COST

$150 (includes orientation, program, snacks, coffee/tea and dinner on Saturday evening)

REGISTER:

A $50 deposit is required to register.
Please note: If you must cancel, your deposit is refundable ONLY if we are
able to fill your place with another registrant.
The remainder of the total amount will be DUE on the first day of the workshop.
