Qigong (pronounced chi gung) is an ancient Chinese sacred physical practice that can greatly support physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and health. Simple movements of the body and the flow of energy combine with an understanding of the mythopoetic philosophy behind the movements to bring into balance body, mind and spirit.

The foundational practice of MogaDao Qigong is the Morning Medical Qigong practice, a seamless flow of eleven different forms that together nourish all of the Yin organs of the body and encompass and represent mytho-poetically the totality of what it is to be human. This practice can benefit people of all ages and physical capacity and no previous experience is necessary. These teachings and practices are derived from the original practice tradition of MogaDao, created and founded by Zhenzan Dao. www.mogadao.com.
